Working in salons since 16, Gilad has been honing his skills as an artist for over 10 years. After training with REDKEN, Gilad became REDKEN Certified in Color and Design, and took a position as an Artistic Educator for ULTA Beauty. While in this position, he shared core color and trend techniques, elevating the skillset of the over 8,000 stylists at ULTA Beauty Salons. Gilad then joined the ULTA Beauty Design Team, educating on stage at major trade shows like ABS Chicago and Premiere Orlando. Gilad continues to educate with ULTA Beauty and creates online Salon Education for stylists globally.
